Mónica has collaborated with different companies and organizations in which her creativity and professionalism have become manifest, proving to be a valuable and open to the change element that drives the optimization of companies; as well as strong leadership and teamwork skills.
She has directed lectures and workshops before very diverse assistants, achieving in them to transmit not only information but real changes both into people and companies.
From an early age, Mónica was interested in improving people's lives; she first sought the answer in the area of science and technology, which enriched her a lot but did not give her the answer. Following this interest, she began her work as a teacher in several of the most prestigious institutions of her State which allowed her to improve her interpersonal skills and to get to know herself. Continuing her search she studied a master's degree in Business Administration specializing in quality and productivity, which made it possible for her to make greater contributions to companies and entrepreneurs.
Throughout this journey she realized that excellence in organizations comes mainly from people, not the technique, so she proposed to focus on personal excellence: she discovered in coaching a tool to accompany people in their process of becoming the best version of themselves and enjoying their way to happiness. In 2014 she joined Dr. Juan Pablo Aguilar’s Attitudinal Reengineering project in which she found the way to help people and organizations achieve transcendent and lasting improvements for themselves and their environment.
