Our History

Instituto de Reingeniería Actitudinal (Attitudinal Reengineering Institute) – (INDRAC) was founded in February 2014 by  Juan Pablo Aguilar Meza, PhD, Mónica Pérez Contreras and the support of a network of experts committed to improving attitude.

From 2009, Dr. Aguilar, during his organizational interventions, noted the existence of companies with excellent products or services that were not prospering, while others with more limited resources had a good level of growth; companies that sought to improve quality and productivity based on coercive methods, without achieving it or getting results only in the short term also called his attention. He also noted that many companies intended to motivate their employees through bonuses and incentives, which generated dependency or only temporary results.
 
After exploring the different motivational practices, contrasting them with the reality of organizations, he realized that motivation was ephemeral and what prevails is attitude, reaching the conclusion that it improves productivity, drives companies development, as well as the well-being of its collaborators and people around them.
 
From these findings, Dr. Aguilar thoroughly investigates attitude, realizing that the bibliographic and training proposals present its benefits and importance, but not a methodology for its improvement; From that point, he decides to deepen his knowledge and skills in the subject, looking for which disciplines allow to positively influence attitude; observing, cataloging and carrying out tests, all of which resulted in a series of compilations, adaptations, models, methodologies and tools for Attitudinal Reengineering.
 
In 2011, together with Mónica Pérez Contreras, he founded the firm Actitud Productiva (Productive Attitude), with which the formal application of these discoveries began, obtaining the first positive results and great acceptance.

With the purpose of professionalizing Attitudinal Reengineering and being able to reach more people and organizations, Actitud Productiva evolves to Instituto de Reingeniería Actitudinal (INDRAC), whereby consulting, training, publications and tools developed are made available to all of them, as well as the Attitudinal Reengineering Certification, by means of which the methodologies and models for Attitudinal Reengineering and Attitudinal Consulting are replicated in a professional and standardized manner.
